Durga Safety workshops

Durga Safety workshops are for girls(above 12yrs) and women in India, basically highlighting awareness and preparedness techniques that can be used in everyday instances to deter crime. The workshop comprises simple life-skills that every girl and woman can master easily to be better prepared to take control over her safety rather than panicking.

 Gender sensitization 

This workshop is designed to dissect these topics and steer conversations around unconscious bias, gender, and how as a collective, we can all address these issues and iron out the areas that the group collective can influence. These conversations have become very relevant to organisations trying to bridge the gender gap and promote equitable workplace for all genders.

PoSH

 
 

Durga is actively assisting corporates in implementing PoSH( The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013  in their organizations in order to have a healthy work environment. On 9th December 2013, the Government of India brought out the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Durga has experience in implementing end-to-end PoSH by Committee formation policy-making & being the part of the IC Committee as an external member & sensitize the employees.

 

Diversity & Inclusion Workshop

 Durga also conducts workshops in corporate aimed at addressing diversity, inclusiveness and gender stereotypes. The aim of the 1.5-hour workshop is to dissect these topics and steer conversations around unconscious bias, gender, gender stereotypes and gender equity and how as a collective, we can all address these issues and iron out the areas that the group collective can influence. These conversations have become very relevant to organisations trying to bridge the gender gap and promote equitable workplace for all genders. Organisations grow when their people do and these workshops help promote that. Minimum number of participants 25 maximum 40.
